Billing & Plans

dashboardSMASHBOARD for Google Analytics is billed directly by us through Stripe — charges appear on your credit or debit card, in US dollars. There is no Shopify (or other marketplace) billing involved.

Plans

Every plan includes multiple dashboards, every card type and visualization, goals with Status and Forecast, per-card time windows and comparison periods, sharing and export, and notification alerts. The plans differ only in the number of properties, how often data refreshes, and white labeling.

Annual billing costs ten months' worth of monthly billing — about 17% less (two months free). The year is paid once, up front.

Free trial

• Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the Solo plan. No credit card is required.
• The trial starts automatically the first time you sign in with Google. You get Solo's limits during the trial: one GA4 property and a 15-minute refresh.
• The trial is Solo-only. Studio, Agency and Scale have no trial — you can buy them at any time, including during your Solo trial.
• Nothing is charged when the trial ends. It does not convert to a paid plan on its own.
• You'll see a trial banner in the app during the last 7 days, and we'll email you as the trial end approaches and again when it ends.

When the trial ends and you haven't chosen a plan, access to your dashboards is paused: signing in takes you to the pricing page with a "Your trial has ended" notice. Your dashboards, cards and goals are kept. Choose a plan and access is restored immediately.

Buying a plan

1. Click the plan badge in the top bar (for example Solo · 9d trial), or go to the pricing page.
2. Pick Monthly or Annual, then click the button on the plan you want (Buy Now / Buy {plan}).
3. Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. If you have a promotion code, enter it there.

Your subscription starts as soon as payment succeeds and you're charged at checkout. Any trial days you had left do not carry over, so it's best to buy when you're ready to keep using the product.

Renewals are automatic — monthly or annually, depending on the interval you chose.

Changing your plan

• Upgrade. On the pricing page, click Upgrade to {plan} on a higher plan. The change takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference, which appears on your next invoice.
• Downgrade, change billing interval, update your card, or view invoices. Click Manage plan on your current plan's card (or Manage billing on the billing page). This opens Stripe's secure customer portal. A downgrade takes effect immediately; the unused value of your old plan is credited toward your next invoice rather than refunded.

If you move to a plan with fewer properties than you currently have connected, nothing is disconnected, but you won't be able to add another property until you're within the new limit.

Cancelling

On the pricing page, click Cancel my plan under your current plan, then confirm. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that, access ends and your dashboards and goals stay saved so you can resubscribe at any time. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, and we don't refund the unused part of a billing period when you cancel.

There is nothing to cancel during the free trial — if you decide not to continue, simply don't choose a plan.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment is declined, you'll see a Payment failed banner and receive an email. Update your payment method from Manage plan. You keep access for a 3-day grace period after the end of the billing period; if the payment still hasn't gone through after that, access is suspended until it does. Your dashboards and goals are not deleted.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan? No. There's a free 14-day Solo trial, and no credit card is needed to start it.

Do I need a card to start the trial? No.

Can I try Studio, Agency or Scale for free? Not currently — the free trial is for Solo only. All plans can be bought at any time.

Where do I find my invoices? In Stripe's customer portal — click Manage plan (or Manage billing) and open your invoice history.

What happens to my data if I cancel? Your dashboards and goals stay saved. We read your analytics live from Google, so nothing needs to be exported before you cancel. See Security & Data Privacy for how to delete your account.

Do you offer agency or volume discounts? Agency (20 properties) and Scale (60 properties) are designed for multi-property use. If you need more, or want an invoice arrangement, contact support@dashboardsmashboard.com.

Will the price change? If we ever change plan prices, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription.
