Free Trial

The 14-day free trial on the Monthly plan gives you full access to every feature. Your Shopify billing only activates after the trial ends if you choose to continue. You can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.

Testing on a development store? Shopify automatically marks charges as test charges on dev stores — no real payment is processed. Click Approve on the billing confirmation screen to activate the trial.

How Billing Works

dashboardSMASHBOARD billing is processed entirely through Shopify — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate subscription. You can manage or cancel from your Shopify admin.

Monthly plan charges are billed on the same day each month from when your trial ended. Pro-rated charges may apply if you change plans mid-cycle.

Cancelling

To cancel, uninstall dashboardSMASHBOARD from Shopify Admin → Apps → dashboardSMASHBOARD → Delete. Shopify stops billing immediately on uninstall.

Your data (dashboards, smashes, configurations) is retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you reinstall within that window, everything is restored.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime License is a one-time charge processed through Shopify. Contact support to check availability and receive the install link.

Fine print (on-brand): No refunds. No take-backs. No “my cat clicked it.” You bought the lifetime plan. You are now part of the lore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the monthly price lower than other analytics apps? Because we’re not trying to fund a yacht. We’re building the best goal-first dashboard for Shopify and keeping the price at a level that makes sense for small merchants.

Why is the lifetime plan priced higher relative to monthly? You’re buying 10+ years of updates in one shot. The maths work out in your favour quickly.

Will prices ever increase? Possibly. But not for you if you’re already subscribed — existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate.

Do you offer discounts for multiple stores? Contact support and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I switch from Monthly to Lifetime? Yes. Contact support and we’ll handle the transition.

Is there a free plan? No free plan, but the 14-day trial is genuinely free and full-featured.
