Pricing is based on your Shopify account plan:

All plans include every feature — unlimited dashboards, unlimited cards, unlimited goals, full SmashGL query language, all visualizations, real-time data, and email support. The price difference reflects Shopify’s tiered store sizes, not capability.

Free Trial
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You get full access to every feature during the trial. Your Shopify billing only activates after the trial ends if you choose to continue. Cancel before day 14 and you’re never charged.
Testing on a development store? Shopify automatically marks charges as test charges on dev stores — no real payment is processed. Click Approve on the billing confirmation screen to activate the trial.
How Billing Works
dashboardSMASHBOARD billing is processed entirely through Shopify — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate subscription. You can manage or cancel from your Shopify admin.
Your price is detected automatically from your Shopify plan when you subscribe. If your Shopify plan changes, dashboardSMASHBOARD will notify you and offer to update your subscription in-app.
Monthly charges are billed on the same day each month from when your trial ended.
Cancelling
To cancel, uninstall dashboardSMASHBOARD from Shopify Admin → Apps → dashboardSMASHBOARD → Delete. Shopify stops billing immediately on uninstall.
Your data (dashboards, card configurations, goals) is retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you reinstall within that window, everything is restored.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is my price determined? Your price is automatically matched to your Shopify account plan (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus) when you subscribe. You never have to pick a tier — we read it from Shopify.
What happens if I change my Shopify plan? If you upgrade or downgrade your Shopify plan, dashboardSMASHBOARD will detect the change and send you an email. You’ll see an in-app prompt to update your SMASHBOARD subscription to the new price. Your access continues uninterrupted until you choose to update.
Will prices ever increase? Possibly. But not for you if you’re already subscribed — existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores? Contact support and we’ll see what we can do.
Is there a free plan? No free plan, but the 14-day trial is genuinely free and full-featured.
