Installing dashboardSMASHBOARD

From the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the Shopify App Store and search for dashboardSMASHBOARD.
2. Click Add app.
3. Review the permissions and click Install app in your Shopify admin.
4. A Welcome page appears inside your Shopify admin. Read through the overview, then click Choose a plan.
5. Select a plan (see below) and approve the subscription on Shopify's billing confirmation screen.
6. dashboardSMASHBOARD automatically creates four pre-built dashboards — Daily Pulse, Growth Tracker, Operations Health, and Year-Over-Year — and opens your dashboard home screen. No setup required.
7. Click any dashboard name to open it. Your data loads immediately from your Shopify store.

Data sync: Your Shopify data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. The first time you install, a one-time backfill pulls up to 12 months of historical data.

Choosing a Plan

Pricing is matched to your Shopify account plan — no feature-gating between tiers. All plans include every feature.

dashboardSMASHBOARD detects your Shopify plan automatically — you don't need to pick a tier. The free trial gives you full access to every feature for 14 days. Your card is only charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.

Permissions the App Needs

dashboardSMASHBOARD requests read-only access to the following Shopify data:

dashboardSMASHBOARD never modifies your store data — all access is read-only, enforced at the Shopify API level.

Shopify staff permission required: The Shopify staff account used to install the app needs the Manage and install apps and channels permission. Ask the store owner to enable it under Settings → Users and permissions if you see a permission error on install.
