Each dashboard has a settings panel accessible via the gear icon (⚙) on the Edit Dashboard page. Settings are saved per-dashboard and take effect immediately on every card.
Currency, timezone, and weight units are inherited automatically from your Shopify store settings and cannot be overridden per-dashboard.
Information Bar Style
Controls how the status overview strip is displayed on every card with a goal or comparison enabled.

Both styles show the same information. The Table style is the default because it keeps each cell consistently sized and easy to scan.
The setting is per-dashboard. Open any dashboard's gear icon (⚙) to change its style. The change takes effect immediately across all cards on that dashboard.
Default Query Source
Controls which data source all new cards on this dashboard use by default — . This can always be overridden at the individual card level using the LANGUAGE clause in the Code tab.
Goal Thresholds
Each Status and Forecast state (Exceeding, Goal Reached / On Track, Needs Attention, At Risk, Critical, and their Forecast equivalents) has a label, a color, and an underlying numeric threshold — all customizable per dashboard from the preferences panel. Changes apply immediately to every card on that dashboard.
Click the color swatch next to any label to pick a custom color, or type a new label to rename the state. Open the threshold field to see or adjust the percentage that triggers it.
Tone Colors
Tone colors are the global semantic colors used for card Alert pulses and as fallbacks for custom status/forecast entries — Good (green), OK (amber), and Bad (red). Each individual Status/Forecast label defaults to one of these tones but can be recolored independently.
